Processus d’embauche

 Si vous êtes choisi pour une entrevue, nous communiquerons avec vous par téléphone ou par courriel afin d’établir la date et l’heure de votre entrevue. Une ou plusieurs entrevues seront prévues avec un comité de sélection d’environ trois à quatre personnes. Nous posons généralement des questions axées sur vos compétences et votre comportement, des mises en situation et des scénarios hypothétiques ainsi que des questions ouvertes.

Si vous avez besoin de certaines mesures d’adaptation pour votre entrevue en raison de restrictions physiques ou autres, veuillez nous en informer lorsque nous communiquons avec vous pour établir la date de votre entrevue.

 Il se peut que nous vous demandions de faire des tests écrits, des présentations ou des essais de comptabilité.

 Des transcriptions peuvent s’avérer nécessaires.

 Il se peut que nous vous demandions une preuve de vos compétences.

 Il se peut également que l’on doive vérifier vos antécédents : casier judiciaire, vérification de crédit, références et renseignements supplémentaires, selon les exigences du poste.
