What is Voluntary Self-Exclusion– Liquor Marts?

Voluntary-Self Exclusion (VSE) is a way to help people honour their decision to take a break from buying alcohol at Manitoba Liquor Marts that have controlled entrances.

You may choose Voluntary Self-Exclusion (VSE) for a variety of reasons, but if drinking alcohol is having a negative impact on your life, it may be a good first step to help you regain control.

What is Voluntary Self-Exclusion - Gaming

Voluntary Self-Exclusion (VSE) allows Manitobans to take a break from the Casinos of Winnipeg and the Shark Club Gaming Centre in Winnipeg, on PlayNow.com, or all of these.

For detailed information about VSE, please visit our Informed Gambling website.

You can enroll in VSE either in person at Club Regent Casino or McPhillips Station Casino, or by calling 204-957-2500 ext. 8468 to make an appointment to enroll offsite.

If you wish to exclude yourself from PlayNow.com only, you will need to log into your account. Select “My Account” and from there select “Self-Exclusion”. The screens will guide you through the process. Once complete your account will be cancelled and any unredeemed player cash will be paid out.
