A proud Métis professional with more than 17 years of experience, Jamie Dumont is the principal and owner of Chadwick Consulting. The firm specializes in Indigenous and northern economic development, strategic planning, communications, and workshop facilitation. She is a leader in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and diversity and inclusion strategies, with extensive expertise in Indigenous governance, government processes, and community consultation.

Jamie’s dedication to economic and social development is reflected in her roles as a board member of the Manitoba Chamber of Commerce and the Indigenous Affairs Policy Committee of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce. She is the past chair of the Indigenous Chamber of Commerce and was re-elected in 2022 as Trustee for Ward 1 of the Winnipeg School Division.
