Tim Comack - Vice-Chair

Tim Comack is Vice President at Waterside Development Corporation, focusing on the development of residential master-planned communities. He has extensive experience leading real estate development with both publicly traded real estate investment trusts and privately held corporations.

Tim serves as a board director at the Urban Development Institute of Manitoba. He is a committee member on the Manitoba Home Builders’ Association Parade of Homes Committee. He sits on numerous property-related advisory committees & working groups for the City of Winnipeg and the Province of Manitoba.

Tim has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Winnipeg and a masters certificate in project management from Schulich School of Business.
