Tim Comack is Vice President-Development at both Ventura Land Company Inc. and Ventura Developments Inc., focusing on the development of residential master planned communities and multi-family housing. He has 17 years of experience leading real estate development with both publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts and privately held corporations across all facets of the real estate industry.
Tim serves as a board director at the Urban Development Institute of Manitoba, the Clearwater Bay Stewardship Foundation, and he is a committee member on the Manitoba Home Builder’s Association Parade of Homes Committee. He also sits on an advisory committee for Infill Guidelines for the City of Winnipeg as well as for Bill 37 and the Winnipeg Metro Region (WMR) Plan 2050 for the Province of Manitoba & WMR. In addition, he has been a director of numerous condominium and development corporations.
Tim has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Winnipeg and a masters certificate in project management from Schulich School of Business. He has completed courses at Red River College in building construction technologies and has a certificate in leadership from the University of Manitoba.
