Manitoba's Newest Liquor Mart Opens In Winkler

After months of planning, preparation and construction, the Winkler Liquor Mart will open to the public at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 27, 2013.

The new 5,800 square foot Liquor Mart, located at Unit A – 155 Cargill Road (next to Superstore) will offer Winkler residents a full-range of products.

“Over the years, we have had tremendous interest from Winkler residents wanting expanded liquor service in the city,” said Robert Holmberg, Vice President, Liquor Operations. “Winkler is a vibrant community and we are excited to finally be able to open our doors and provide area residents with the convenience of a full service Liquor Mart within the city.”

The Winkler Liquor Mart will carry approximately 1,800 listings of wine, spirits and beer. Shoppers at the store will also experience the same high level of customer-service and product expertise that Manitobans have come to expect from Liquor Marts.

Hours of operation at the store will be 10 a.m.-10 p.m., Monday to Friday and 9 a.m.-10 p.m. on Saturdays. The Winkler Liquor Mart will be closed on Sundays.
